Article 18.
Discrimination regarding religious rights
Discrimination exists if the act contrary to the principle of free expression of religion or belief, or if the person or group of persons are withheld the right for acquisition, maintenance, expression, and change his religion or beliefs, as well as the right to privately or publicly express their beliefs, in accordance with law.
Article 21.
Discrimination on the basis of gender identity and sexual orientation
Gender identity and sexual orientation is a private matter and no one can be asked to publicly declare his gender identity and sexual orientation.
Everyone has the right to express their gender identity and sexual orientation, and discriminatory treatment because of expression of gender identity and sexual orientation is prohibited.
Freedom of expression of gender identity and sexual orientation from paragraph 1. and 2 of this Article relating to the cases of transsexuality.
